2. What data do we process and for what purpose?

This site collects personal data solely through the Contact form: name, email address, and the message the user chooses to include. No data is collected through any other means.

Purpose — to respond to requests for information or quotes. Data processed — name, email address, and message content. Legal basis — consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and implementation of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. How long do we keep the data?

Data provided through the Contact form will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the user's request and, subsequently, for the periods legally required to formalize a potential contractual relationship (tax and commercial obligations).

4. Who do we share the data with?

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required.

Data may be processed by technology providers acting as data processors: Webflow, Inc. (site hosting and contact form management) and Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery network, security, and aggregated analytics without cookies). Both have the corresponding data processing agreement in place under Art. 28 GDPR. As they are based in the United States, any international data transfers are covered by the mechanisms set out in Chapter V of the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), as per each provider's privacy documentation.

5. Rights of data subjects

Any individual has the right to:

  • Access their personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase their data
  • Object to processing
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Request portability of their data

These rights can be exercised by contacting info@lacorralaprod.com, attaching a copy of an identity document.

Data subjects also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD — www.aepd.es) if they believe processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

6. Security measures

La Corrala applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or changes in processing purposes. It is recommended that you review it periodically.
