Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website lacorralaprod.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), owned by LC FILM COLLECTIVE, S.L. (hereinafter, "La Corrala", "we"), as well as the contracting of the audiovisual production services offered through it.
Accessing and using the Site grants user status and implies full acceptance of these terms.
Identification of the provider
Services offered
La Corrala provides corporate audiovisual production services, including but not limited to: event coverage, multi-screen content, e-learning and outreach content, branded content, and institutional corporate video.
The scope, financial terms and timeline of each project are agreed individually through a specific quote or contract, which prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding that particular project.
Access and use conditions
The user agrees to make lawful use of the Site, without engaging in activities that could damage, disable or overload the Site, or that prevent its normal use by third parties.
Submitting contact forms implies that the information provided is accurate.
Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Site (text, images, videos, logos, design, code) is owned by La Corrala or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution or public communication of the Site's content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express authorization, except for private, non-commercial use.
Audiovisual projects delivered to clients are governed by the rights-assignment terms agreed in the specific contract or quote for each project, not by these Terms.
Liability
La Corrala does not guarantee continuous availability of the Site nor the absence of errors in its content, and is not liable for damages arising from such unavailability or from decisions made based on the information published.
La Corrala is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Site.
Data protection
The processing of personal data provided through the Site is governed by La Corrala's Privacy Policy, available at lacorralaprod.com/politica-de-privacidad, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Changes
La Corrala reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection law establishes a different, mandatory jurisdiction.
